This is an older cabin. Built in 1985 for our Grandma to live in. Interior has 8' ceilings, panel walls and pergo-wood flooring. There is a lock-out room in which you will not have access. It is for owner private storage only.

Outdoor hot tub for your exclusive use. Always drained and sanitized after every guest.

Master bedroom suite has a king size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and private bath with step-through shower.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

Bonus room has sofa-bed and futon.

Cabin features a private, covered back deck with a porch swing. Charcoal grill (bring charcoal), and campfire ring for your exclusive use. Bring your marshmallow sticks! Hot tub outside.

Front porch has a double size rocking chair.

Best to get that first cup of coffee on the porch just as dawn breaks to view the deer and wildlife as they graze along the fence row at the edge of the forest.

Flat screen cable TV in living area.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffeepot, refrigerator/freezer.

Central heat & air.

Bed linens, bath towels and spa towels provided.

Located 4 minutes to Broken Bow Lake. Circle driveway for boats and trailers.

Cabin Amenities, Rates & Guest Policies

Rates:  Two Night minimum. Three night minimum on holiday weeks and/or premium dates. Rates vary depending on dates. 9% tax is applied. Rates are subject to change without notice. Click Rates/Availability to see specific rates for cabins.
 
Deposits and Payments:  A $50 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time the reservation is made;  the non-refundable balance will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard 21 days before your arrival date.
 
Refunds / Cancellations:  No refunds. Dates can not be changed. We realize most people cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road conditions, illness, job changes, children's activity schedule. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures. Refunds are not available if you are not allowed to check in due to arriving with pets or unregistered guests. We recommend you purchase travel insurance from your insurance agent. Or use Travel Guard

Policies:  We hate rules too. However, we have found the need to post these few requests.

• Check In and Out Times Check in is at 3:00 PM or after. Checkout time is 11:00 AM or before. Please do not ask for early checkin or late checkout, as it mostly takes us from 11:00 to 3:00 to prepare the cabin for the next guests.
  
• No pets are allowed on the premises at any time.
  
• No smoking in the cabins. Please smoke on your porch, and putt butts in the containers.
  
• Maximum occupancy Do not arrive with additional guests or invite others for “day” visits, meals or overnight.  Children and infants must be included in your reservation.
  
• No Tents or RVs These are privately owned homes. We are not zoned for tents or RVs.
  
• Peace and quiet is promoted. No ATV riding, guns, fireworks, or noise to disturb others.
  
• Fireplace is seasonal (Oct 15 to Mar 15). We provide wood for the first fire.
  
• Leave cabin tidy - No damages. Dishes washed - and put away. Trash and litter in containers. Furniture returned to original location.
• Penalties - A $275 per day penalty will be applied to your credit card for each violation of a policy, and immediate eviction with no refunds.
